  • Melon pulp – 100g

  • Ice cubes – As needed

  • Milk – 150g

  • Coffee beans – 18g

  • Espresso – 30g

 

How to Make It

Step 1: Prepare the Melon Base

Cut fresh melon into small chunks and muddle 100g of pulp to extract its natural juice.

Step 2: Chill and Mix

Add ice cubes and pour in 150g of milk, mixing well with the melon juice.

Step 3: Brew the Espresso

Grind 18g of coffee beans, tamp firmly in a double cup portafilter, and extract 30g of espresso using your espresso machine.

Step 4: Bring It All Together

Pour the espresso into the cup and let it swirl into the melon-milk mixture for a vibrant finish.
