To ensure fairness in the Gemilai Affiliate Program, certain types of promotional activities are strictly prohibited, including but not limited to the following:
- False links: Using illegal methods to tamper with the target user link.
- Simulated purchase patterns: Creating pop-ups or scripts that imitate genuine purchase behaviors.
- Intrusive pop-ups: Persistent or full-screen pop-ups disrupting user experience.
- Hidden links: Concealing affiliate links under other content.
- Direct placement in search engines: Placing affiliate links directly in search engines such as Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
- Deceptive clicks: Misleading users into clicking affiliate links.
- Imitation websites: Creating websites that appear to be official Gemilai sites to deceive users into purchasing.
- Violations of program terms: Engaging in any actions that breach the Gemilai Affiliate Program terms and conditions.
Gemilai reserves the right to take action, including penalties, against affiliates who violate the Gemilai Affiliate Program agreement.
