How to make a cup of coffee using G3005E coffee machine?

1. Fill the detachable water tank
2. Turn on the switch to preheat (nearly 3 mins ) .Make sure wait until all buttons stay lit
3. Add coffee powder to the filter and tamp evenly
4. Install the portafilter to the machine in place
5. Press the coffee making buttons for extraction
6. Turn on the steam konb to make foam with steam wand

How often should the machine G3005E be descaled ? How to clean？

1. In order to ensure the best performance of the appliance, the cleanliness of its inner water channels, and the pure, good taste of your coffee, the appliance should be descaled and maintained with descaler or citric acid on a regular basis of every 1-3 months;

Machine not working and steam button light on

Steam mode not canceled – Press the steam button to exit steam mode before extraction.

When steaming, no water or steam is produced

Machine is preheating / Steam button is not pressed / Steam is preheating after steam button is pressed
