Coconut Cloud Iced Coffee: Tropical, Light, and Bold

Ingredients

  • Coconut water – 150ml

  • Ice cubes – As needed

  • Espresso – 30g

  • Milk foam – A small amount

  • Coffee beans – 18g

 

How to Make It

Step 1: Chill with Coconut

Add ice cubes to your cup and pour in 150ml of fresh coconut water for a naturally hydrating base.

Step 2: Brew Your Espresso

Grind 18g of coffee beans, tamp firmly in a double cup portafilter, and extract 30g of espresso using your espresso machine.

Step 3: Build the Layers

Gently pour the hot espresso into the coconut water over the ice to create a stunning layered effect.

Step 4: Add the Cloud

Top with a light layer of milk foam for a smooth, creamy finish.
