Marshmallow Mocha Latte: Chocolatey Bliss in Every Sip

A cozy mocha latte crowned with fluffy marshmallows and a hint of cocoa—your favorite childhood treat, now with a caffeine kick.

Ingredients

  • Milk – 200ml

  • Chocolate sauce – 10g

  • Coffee beans – 18g

  • Marshmallows – 4 pieces

  • Cocoa powder – A small amount

 

 

How to Make It

Step 1: Froth the Milk

Steam 200ml of milk until it becomes silky and foamy.
Pour the hot milk foam into your serving cup.

Step 2: Pull the Espresso

Grind 18g of coffee beans using a coffee grinder, tamp evenly in a double cup portafilter, and extract 36g of espresso using your espresso machine.

Step 3: Mix in the Mocha

Combine the freshly brewed espresso with 10g of chocolate sauce.
Stir well until smooth and pour over the milk.

Step 4: Marshmallow Topping

Place 4 marshmallows on top and dust with a small amount of cocoa powder for a picture-perfect finish.
