Pumpkin Oat Latte: Cozy, Creamy, and Comfortingly Spiced

Celebrate the flavors of fall with this warm blend of oat milk, espresso, and real pumpkin purée—topped with cinnamon for the ultimate seasonal treat.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin purée – As needed

  • Oat milk – 250ml

  • Coffee beans – 18g

  • Milk foam – A small amount

  • Ground cinnamon – A small amount

 

How to Make It

Step 1: Set the Pumpkin Base

Add a layer of smooth pumpkin purée to the bottom of your cup. This will bring natural sweetness and an earthy richness to the drink.

Step 2: Pour in the Steamed Oat Milk

Froth 250ml of oat milk until creamy and hot. Pour it gently into the cup, letting it mix naturally with the pumpkin base.

Step 3: Brew and Add Espresso

Grind 18g of coffee beans and tamp them into a double portafilter. Extract 36g of espresso with your espresso machine and pour it into the cup.

Step 4: Finish with Foam and Spice

Top the drink with a small amount of milk foam. Lightly dust with ground cinnamon for a warm, aromatic finish.
