Shipping Policy

To United States

Gemilai offers free standard shipping for all items. Expedited shipping options are calculated by our carriers at checkout.

To Canada:

Gemilai offers standard shipping with 84 Canadian Dollars on all items.

 

1.  How long does delivery take?

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time

(not including customs delays, weekends, holidays and any unforeseen circumstances)

Processing Time: 1 - 2 business days

US Standard Shipping Time: 2-7 business days

Canada Standard Shipping Time: 10-15 business days, Shipping fee: 84 Canada Dollar

 

2.  What countries do Gemilai ship?

We currently ship to the US and Canada only.

We cannot deliver to the following areas:

1. Alaska

2. American Samoa

3. Guam

4. Hawaii

5. Marshall Islands

6. Northern Mariana Islands

7. Palau

8. Puerto Rico

9. Rhode Island

10. U.S. Virgin Islands

11. Armed Forces Americas

12. Armed Forces Europe

13. Armed Forces Pacific

 

3. How will my order be shipped?

We partner with FedEx and UPS to handle the delivery of Gemilai products. We will select the carrier that best suits your order to ensure a smooth delivery.

 

4. I ordered multiple items. Will they all arrive together?

We aim to have all your items delivered at the same time. However, depending on the shipping method used for each product, some items may be shipped separately. You will receive a notification email once each item has been shipped.

 

5. Can I change my delivery address after the order has been shipped?

Once your package is on its way, we are unable to change the delivery address.

*If you refuse to accept the package due to a wrong delivery address, you can still request a refund. However, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

 

6. Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel the order after shipment. If you decide you no longer want the item, we will send you a return label after delivery. Please note, the return shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.

*If you refuse to accept the package upon delivery and it is returned to us, any refund issued will be processed after deducting the return shipping fees from the total amount.
