How to Make It
Step 1: Flavor the Base
Scoop 10g of chestnut paste into the bottom of your cup. This will add depth and a nutty sweetness to the drink.
Step 2: Brew the Espresso
Grind 18g of coffee beans and tamp them into a double cup portafilter. Extract 36g of espresso with your espresso machine and pour it into the cup, mixing well with the chestnut paste.

Steam 250ml of oat milk into a rich microfoam. Gently pour it from the center of the cup, letting it blend seamlessly with the espresso-chestnut base.
