How to Make It

Grind 18g of coffee beans, tamp, and extract a 36g shot of espresso using an espresso machine. Pour into the cup.
Step 3: Froth the Milk
Steam 200ml of milk and pour it gently over the espresso.
Step 4: Caramelize the Top
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and use a torch to lightly caramelize the top.
Step 5: Final Touches
Sprinkle more ground cinnamon and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
