This refreshing drink combines the juicy sweetness of lychee with the effervescent sparkle of soda water and the rich intensity of espresso — a perfect pick-me-up with a fruity edge.

Ingredients

You'll need:

  • Lychee pulp (pitted) – 50g

  • Ice cubes – As needed

  • Sparkling water – 150ml

  • Coffee beans – 18g

How to Make It

Step 1: Muddle the Lychee

Crush 50g of fresh pitted lychee pulp to release its natural juice.

Step 2: Build the Base

Add ice cubes and pour in 150ml of sparkling water.

Step 3: Brew the Espresso

Grind 18g of coffee beans, tamp, and use your espresso machine to extract a 36g shot.

Step 4: Combine and Enjoy

Pour the espresso gently over the sparkling lychee base.

What Makes It Stand Out

  • Exotic flavor profile – Sweet, juicy lychee paired with bold espresso.

  • Ultra-refreshing – Sparkling water adds a crisp, fizzy contrast.

  • Visually striking – Layered presentation makes it as beautiful as it is delicious.
