How to Make It
Step 1: Sweeten the Base
Add 10g of brown sugar powder to the bottom of your serving cup.
Step 2: Brew the Espresso
Grind 18g of coffee beans using a coffee grinder, tamp firmly in a double cup portafilter, and extract a 36g shot of espresso. Pour it directly over the brown sugar to melt and infuse the flavor.
Step 3: Steam and Pour the Milk
Froth 200ml of milk and slowly pour it into the cup to mix gently with the sugar-espresso base.
Step 4: Add a Spiced Finish
Sprinkle a small amount of ground cinnamon over the top for a warm, fragrant finish.
